Goals

Most agents can’t answer one question with specificity. That inability — not lack of skill, not lack of leads — is the single biggest reason most agents stay mediocre.

From Your Broker

This module is the foundation everything else is built on. I have watched agents with tremendous skill go nowhere because they never answered this one question clearly.

Do not rush it. Three sessions. Alone. No phone. This is the work.

What You’ll Learn

The Frameworks in This Module

Three tools that turn vague intentions into a written, emotionally connected plan your brain will actually execute on.

Framework 01

The RAS — Your Brain’s GPS

Your Reticular Activating System filters thousands of signals per second. Written goals tell it what to find. Unwritten goals stay invisible to your own brain.

“This is not woo. This is neuroscience.”

Framework 02

The 5 Spheres

Spiritual. Personal. Family. Business. Financial. Most programs only address business goals. This one addresses all five — because they operate as a system, not in isolation.

SpiritualPersonalFamilyBusinessFinancial
Framework 03

The 3-Step Clarification Method

Step 1: Write everything — no filter. Step 2: Find the lead goal in each sphere. Step 3: Identify the single domino that changes everything else if you achieve it.

“There’s only one domino. Find it.”

Key Insight — Phil M. Jones
“The most dangerous phrase in your personal life is the same as in sales: ‘I’ll think about it.’“

When you don’t write your goals down, you’re telling your subconscious to think about it. And your subconscious will do exactly that — think about it, and never act on it.

01
Clarity
Surgical precision on who you are, who you serve, and what you stand for.
02
Conviction
Deeper than confidence. Does not require evidence. It is the evidence.
03
Commitment
A decision made once. No longer subject to mood, motivation, or circumstances.
1 The Current Story
Why this matters: Before we build the identity you're moving toward, we need to name the identity you've been operating from. The story running underneath your behavior is the most powerful force in your career — named or unnamed.
How would you describe yourself as an agent — honestly, not aspirationally?
Write what actually comes to mind. Not your bio. Not your elevator pitch. The real answer.
What story do you tell yourself about why your results aren't where you want them?
The market, the time of year, not enough leads, family, expenses... write the story you default to.
What does that story cost you — specifically?
In income. In opportunity. In momentum. Be precise.
2 The Identity Audit
Rate yourself honestly on a scale of 1–10 in each area. This is a baseline — not a judgment.

Prospecting Identity

Do you see yourself as someone who prospects with certainty and consistency — or do you avoid it?

Current Score (1–10)

Closing Identity

When you're in front of a client, do you feel fully entitled to ask for the business?

Current Score (1–10)

Value Identity

Do you believe without question that what you bring is worth every dollar of your commission?

Current Score (1–10)

Leadership Identity

Do you lead your clients with authority — or follow their lead hoping to please?

Current Score (1–10)
3 Architecture — The New Identity
This is the most important exercise in the entire program. You are not writing a goal. You are writing a declaration of who you already are. Use present tense. Use certainty. Not "I want to be" — "I am."
"Identity is not found. It is decided."
— PGN Agent Success System v2.0
My Agent Identity Statement — Present Tense, First Person, Non-Negotiable
Write it as if it is already true. Because the decision to make it true starts with this sentence.
The Agent I Am Leaving Behind — Name It So You Can Release It
This is not shame. This is a ceremony of release. Name the old version so it no longer has a seat at the table.
4 Vision Architecture
12-Month Vision — Specific and Non-Negotiable
3-Year Vision — The Life This Business Funds
My Non-Negotiables — What I Will No Longer Accept in My Business
These become your operating rules. Write at least 3.
The One Sentence That Defines My Standard Going Forward
Make it short. Make it sharp. Repeat it before every appointment, every call, every decision.
